Neapolitan style pizza is known for it’s thin crust and flavorful pairings. When modifying your pie, please be mindful of the number of toppings you want included.

OUR STORY
Pizzeria Grata started their journey in the back of a corner store off Menchaca Rd in a wonderful 78745 neighborhood. They quickly grew in popularity serving Neapolitan style pizzas out of a wood fired oven using flavorful pairings and quality ingredients sourced from top purveyors. Despite launching their concept just shy of the pandemic, their business thrived as they focused on quick take out and counter service for the community. Loyalty sparked questions early on about a space to sit down and enjoy menu favorites with beverages. Fast forward 3 years and Pizzeria Grata can now be enjoyed inside of The Tailor Shop Foodery; a shared space with ample indoor and outdoor seating that offers an array of beverages including wine, cocktails, and draft beer.

All of our menu items have purposeful pairings and use quality ingredients that bring the tastes of Naples to Austin, Texas. Our talented chefs develop mouth watering entrees using house made recipes that date back generations.
